Josephine Dayco

Co-Founder

From Northern California to Sydney, Josephine offers a unique blend of experience and creativity to her work spanning more than 15 years for clients ranging from online retail giants to global private sector firms and government.

Josephine is a published author and writer, consulting startups and small businesses in strategic communication, PR, and brand activation in web3, gaming and esports. She collaborates with creative agencies and teams to explore and deliver solutions that engage audiences.

A valuable partner and contributor to the growth of web3 entertainment and gaming at Virtually Human Studio (VHS) and ZED RUN, Josephine advises and supports teams with project planning and execution to achieve their goals.

Following in the cultural influence of her wise aunties who often provide valuable life guidance, Josephine sees Kalicoo in a similar way -- a global network of "tech aunties" sharing insights to support the next generation of leaders.
